Part One of the Official Guide (An Treoraí Oifigiúil ) covers the main rules and regulations of the GAA other than the playing rules. It is also available to download (free) on the GAA website. http://www.gaa.ie/page/official_guides.html

Each club/ECB member should be aware of the rules as they cover disciplinary procedures as well as other operating procedures for the GAA. (please note camogie and ladies football have separate Official Guides).
